Salsa Verde #2


Salsa Verde #2
(2 cups)


Ingredients:

1 lb. Tomatillos, husks removed and quartered
1 medium Ripe Avocado, halved, seeded and peeled
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, leaves and top stems
2 tbsp. White Onion, chopped
1 medium Fresh Jalapeno Pepper, stemmed, seeded and halved
½ tsp. Kosher Salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Note:               You can adjust heat by including seeds of jalapeno or add a second pepper.
