Cream Cheese Frosting (GF)
(2 cups)
Ingredients:

oz. Cream Cheese, softened
5
tbsp. Unsalted Butter, cut into pieces and softened
1
tbsp. Sour Cream
¾
tsp. Vanilla
1/8
tsp. Salt
1
cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Using
a mixer with a whisk, whip cream cheese, butter, sour cream, vanilla and salt on
medium-high speed for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Reduce speed to medium-low and slowly add
powdered sugar. Whip 1 to 2 minutes or
until smooth. Increase speed to
medium-high and whip 3 to 5 minutes or until frosting until light and fluffy.
Note: You can easily double
this recipe and use to frost cakes too.
