Brown Rice Flour Blend (GF)
(4 cups)
Ingredients:
1
1/3 cup Brown Rice Flour
1
1/3 cup Tapioca Flour/Starch
1
1/3 cup Cornstarch
1
tbsp. Potato Flour
Directions:
Combine
all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until well incorporated. Place in a zip-lock bag, remove as much air
as possible, seal and store in kitchen cupboard.
Note: If you are
unable to find potato flour, substitute gluten-free potato flakes. Be sure to first put potato flakes in food
processor before adding to other ingredients.
