I don’t know what it is about summer, but the lemon flavor is highly favored. So, this week I have a couple of lemon bar recipes for you.
“Lemony Blondies” on Wednesday starts us off. Then we have “Double-Lemon Cheesecake Bars” to try on Thursday. If you’re a lemon fan, these will be a big hit.
Just remember to use fresh lemons and watch out for the seeds.
