Three Beans & a Pepper
(16 - ½ cup servings)
Ingredients:
1 can (16 oz.) Butter Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (16 oz.) Navy Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (28 oz.) Baked Beans w/Onions
½ each Large Green Pepper, chopped
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Brown Sugar
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together in a Slow-cooker on low for 8 hours.
Note: This dish can also be done in an oven. Bake covered in a pre
-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or is hot and bubbly.
Note: You can change out the different kinds of beans with other
varieties to meet your personal taste.
